Meet Your Mind Online is a mental health hub currently offering online counselling, support groups, couples therapy and meditation with fully qualified therapists and facilitators. Our main goal is to help normalise the conversation around mental health while providing services at reasonable rates.

While anxiety, stress and depression are at an all-time high, we aim to help you maintain a place of calm. We aim to assist you in developing strong coping skills & building connections as the world we knew has taken a shift. With no monthly subscriptions or sign up fee’s, we put you in control of your mental health.

Our Services

Groups & Classes

Group counselling allows you to connect with people in similar situations, which makes many people feel less isolated. Talking to others who are in similar situations can also give you more freedom to say what you really feel and can also help you realize you’re not alone. Often, people come to therapy ready to make a change in their lives but are not always sure exactly how to get themselves to do it. In a group setting, you’ll not only hear of how people have struggled, but also how they’ve overcome the challenges in their past. Support and encouragement from group members can serve a cheerleading role, providing positive reinforcement as you actively work toward your goals.

At Meet Your Mind Online our support groups are limited to no more than 10 people and our counselors are here to help you meet your goals.

Counselling promotes growth and helps you express your feelings in a safe, supportive and nonjudgmental environment. 

Many benefits of counselling include improved communication and interpersonal skills, greater self-acceptance and self-esteem, the ability to change self-defeating behaviours/habits, better expression and management of emotions, relief from depression, anxiety or other mental health conditions, increased confidence and decision-making skills, ability to manage stress effectively and improved problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Counselling

Couples Counselling

Couples counselling can provide a safe space to talk about scary and uncomfortable things. Speaking with a therapist can educate and assist couples with understanding the process of regaining trust and provide tools and direction to help.

Our counsellors can help teach you new tools to change those negative communication patterns. It can help you feel close and connected to your partner again. 

Meditation

The goal of meditation is to achieve a sense of calm, peace and balance in today’s hectic world. Incorporating meditation into your life can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health and these benefits don’t end when your meditation session ends. Meditation can help carry you more calmly through your day and may help you manage symptoms of certain medical conditions.

Meditation can help improve your focus and creativity to think outside the box, increase emotional intelligence and improve your stress management skills. It can strengthen your personal and professional relationships, boost your self-esteem and build confidence, while physical benefits can include better posture. Learning how to meditate is like learning a new skill, it takes practice to improve.
