Every week, different meditation techniques will be analysed & practised, looking into the fascinating reasons and benefits for each one. These will be guided and taught by our meditation teacher Paul Martin. Insights and understanding of different philosophies and subjects will also be openly discussed and studied, with optional meditation practices given as homework at the end of each class. This is a beautiful way to dive into the adventure of meditation & understanding of how it can help and benefit one’s life.
